| General note | The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009) as amended by The Limited Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021 (31 of 2021) (w.e.f. 1-4-2022) with<br/>1. The Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009 as amended by (Second Amendment) Rules, 2022.<br/>2. The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding-up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012.<br/>3. Notification regarding Provisions of Section 458 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) which shall apply to a Limited Liability Partnership (vide G.S.R. 59(E), dated 29th April, 2015.<br/>4. Notification regarding Provisions of Section 460 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) which shall apply to a Limited Liability Partnership (vide G.S.R. 59(E), dated 30th January, 2020).<br/>5. Notification regarding provisions of sections 90, 164, 165, 167, sub-section (5) of section 206, sub-section (3) of section 207, 252 and section 439 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), shall apply to Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009) except certain modification (vide G.S.R. 110(E), dated 11th February, 2022). |
